Karnataka Forest Department invites applications from the eligible meritorious sports person for the posts of Deputy Range Forest Officers, Forest Guards and Forest Watchers in various Circles / Divisions of Karnataka The selections of the candidates are made by the Special Recruitment Committee under the recruitment of meritorious sports persons in the manner specified under Karnataka Forest Department Services (Recruitment of Meritorious Sports persons in the category of Deputy Range Forest Officers, Forest Guards and Forest Watchers) (Special) Rules, 2015.

Age Limit : As on the Notification date 03-07-2015 – Must have attained an age of 18 years.
Pay Scale :
Deputy Range Forest Officer :- Rs.12500 – 24000/-
Forest Guard :- Rs.11600-21000/-
Forest Watcher :- Rs.9600 – 14550/-
Forest Guard :- Rs.11600-21000/-

Application Fee : For the Candidates belonging to General Merit, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, the Application fee is Rs.100/- + Service Charge Rs.12/-. For the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category-I, the Application fee is Rs.50/- + Service Charge Rs.12/-. After submission of Application On-line, take a print of the Application and pay the Application Fee and Service charge at the Post Office which has E-Payment facility.
How to Apply : On-Line Application Format will be published in the official website www.aranya.gov.in Candidates should submit their Application through On-line. Instructions to submit the Application will be displayed in the Website. The Candidates shall apply only one application for one post. Candidates should keep a copy of the Application with him/herOnline submission of application will start on 20/07/2015 and close on 19/08/2015
