Odisha Examination 2014 Results

BSE (Board of Secondary Education), Odisha was amended as an Educational Board under the State Government of Odisha. This board was formed under the Odisha Education Act, 1953. The board controls & maintains all the necessary secondary education in the State of Odisha. Under this board various courses are offered to students for different occupations and to prepare the students for University

The board conducts final examinations every spring for Higher Secondary Examination (HSE), High School Certificate Examinations (H.S.C.E.) and examinations of other courses prescribed by the Board

The exam is taken by those who studied Pure Science stream in level with the specific subjects tested in the examination, which are Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Presently it is being conducted only for Engineering colleges due to the announcement of a ALL INDIA COMMON MEDICAL ENTRANCE EXAM (NEET). Earlier there used to be two separate tests for medical colleges and engineering colleges, the difference being that the medical test has the Biology paper while the engineering test has the Mathematics paper
