India Post Invites Application For 33 Postal  Assistant & Sorting Assistant Post Under Sports Quota In Punjab Postal Circle. Interested candidates may apply for the post Other details are given below.

Age Limit : Between 18 years  to 27 years as on 20-07-2015 with relaxation of upper age limit up to a maximum of 5 years for OC, in the case of SC/ST categories, the relaxation up to 10 years and for OBC relaxation up to 8 years will be admissible.

Pay Scale :

Post	Pay Scale
PA/ SA	Rs. 5200-20200 +Grade Pay Rs.2400/- + allowances as admissible under Rules.
MTS	Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.1800/- + other admissible allowances

Educational Qualification :

Post	Educational Qualification
PA/ SA	10+2 standard or 12th class pass from a recognized University/Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject (excluding Vocational streams)
MTS	Matriculation Pass or ITI from recognized Board.

Cost Of Application Form : The receipt of the cost of Application Form Rs 100/- Only for all categories of Applicants is compulsorily to attach with the application.

Examination Fee: The examination fee prescribed for all male applicants in General and OBC categories is Rs. 400/-. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/ physically impaired/ Women are exempted from payment of examination fee.

Candidates may fill the application correctly and complete along with the ) All Marks Lists of Educational Qualifications. Proof of Date of Birth. Two Passport size attested photographs (one to be pasted on the application and the other one sent loose) with self-addressed envelope and application should be sent at Department of Posts O/O the Chief Postmaster General, Punjab Circle Sandesh Bhawan, Sector-17/E, Chandigarh before 20/07/2015.
