Latest News Dated 19 May, 2015 : 77.1 % Seats have been filled under 72825 Teachers Counseling. Basic Education Department has directed to All Districts that they upload continuous Select List & Complete the Process up to 31st May, 2015. In this Recruitment Exercise, till now 56, 152 candidates get joining. It is directed to send the date of All Selected Candidates up to 25th May, 2015.

Supreme Court has given UP government 7 Week time to complete the Recruitment Process of Primary Teachers. UP Government had Recruit 43561 Teachers. Supreme Court ordered Govt to Fill the 29000 Posts soon with in a span of 7 weeks.
If candidates not take joining in the given time, they will declare disqualified. If Seats are not filled then Criteria of 65% for Reserved category, then Criteria will be decrease up to 60%.
50% PG Marks compulsory:- High Court has approved the Criteria of having 45 & 50% Marks in Post Graduation. High Court said criteria is made by NCTE & it will not be interfered by High Court.
3rd List will be available soon in the 72825 Counseling. It is decided then untill all the posts will be filled joining letters will be issued. It is well known that in this Recruitment 41,612 Seats are filled.
Under an Important Decision of Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, Joining Letters will be issued to Successful candidates of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Counseling in Recruitment exercise of 72825 Trainee Teachers. This Decision is taken because some candidates were declared successful in first three counseling, but after High Court’s Order on 17 December, 2014, 4th Counseling was held. After Counseling these candidates was out due to merit in Non Final List.
► This Decision will create problem for those candidates who took joining after 4th counseling. It should be noted that 3rd Selection List can be issued.
Scenario Change after 4th Counseling:- State Government had concluded 4 Round of Counseling & based on Merit Joining Letters are issued to Successful Candidates. Seat didn’t lock in any Round of counseling so Counseling was done on all vacant seats. After 4th Counseling there occur a drastic change. Candidate who made counseling on 112 Marks in one district, after 4th Counseling Selection List is stopped on 118 Marks.
Important News about 3rd List:- There is a Good News for Candidates who are waiting for 3rd List. There are still 50% Seat are vacant. Joining Letters were provided to 52,919 Candidates, out of which only 35,193 Candidates Joined.
► All Districts have to distribute Joining Letters upto 08 February, 2015 & submit information to State Education Research & Training Council. Then in a meeting which is scheduled to held on 11 February, 2015 it will be decided when to issue 3rd Selection List. So for 3rd List Actual vacancies will be find out through Software & then on the basis of vacancies it will announce.
