Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is going to conduct a CBRT (written test) for recruitment to :
 65 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Directorate of Prosecution, Home Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
 
22 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor in Central Bureau of Investigation, Department of Personnel and Training, M/o Personnel Public Grievance & Pension.
CBRT (Written Test) : In terms of provisions contained in the above advertisement, the Commission have decided to conduct a Combined COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST for shortlisting the candidates. Written examination for these posts will be held in the month of June, 2015.
Date of Written Exam (CBRT) : 27.06.2015 (Saturday)

UPSC Admit Card 2015 : Candidates who have applied for the aforementioned posts against three of those advertisement have to appear for CBRT (written test). They must have a valid Admit Card/ Hall Ticket to get enter on exam centre for Assistant Public Prosecutor written examination. Candidates can download the admit card some days prior to exam date from thedirect link provided by www.SpyNaukari.in at below.



SCHEME & SYLLABUS FOR CBRT


I. Scheme:
(a) The test will be of two hours duration and the medium of the test will be English only.
(b) The test will be an objective type with multiple choices of answers and will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
(c) There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
II. Syllabus:
1. Constitutional Law.
2. Criminal Law including IPC & CrPC.
3. Law of Evidence.
4. IT Act.
5. CVC Act.
6. Prevention of Corruption Act.
7. Delhi Special Police Establishment Act.
