Odisha Staff Selection Commission invites application for Staff Nurse & Pharmacist Post On Contractual Basis Under Directorate Of Employees State Insurance Scheme Interested candidates may apply for the post other details are given below.

Education Qualification

Name Of Post	Education Qualification
Staff Nurse	The candidates must have passed +2 science with GNM from a recognized Govt. And NIC Approved
Pharmacist	The candidates must have passed +2 science with diploma in pharmacy from AICTE approved Institution
ANM	The candidates must have passed matric and training in ANM (02 years) From Govt. Recognized Institution.
X – Ray Technician	The candidates must have passed matric with diploma in X – Ray Technician from a govt. Recognized institution.

Examination Fee:  All SEBC & UR candidates other than SC/ST and persons with Disability have to pay an examination fee of Rs 100/-. This Fee is deposited either through online or offline mode using the treasury portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the treasury.

How To Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates may apply online for the post. Online application starts from 10/07/2015 to 09/08/2015. Only mode is acceptable. Candidates may fill the application correctly application should be complete in all manner applicants have to upload scanned photo and scanned signature on the application form and submit the online application before 09/08/2015. And submit the application form and take a print out ofapplication form for further information.
