NOTE :-With Reference to Advt. CEN No. 1/2015 Railway Recruitment Board will going to conduct written exam for the post of Senior Section Engineer & Chief Depot Material Superintendent. Written exam will be conducted in August, 2015.
Exam Date:-
► Senior Section Engineer, Chief Depot Material Superintendent : between 22 August & 5 September
Admit Card :- The e-admit card to the eligible candidates shall be available TWO weeks before commencement of the written examination on the website of RRB concerned for downloading. No admit card will be sent to candidates by RRBs by post.
NOTE : “Candidates are advised to attempt download of admit cards, only after receiving a message from RRB”. Other details will be available but hall ticket number will not be there if attempted before getting the message.

Candidates can verify their eligibility from the website of RRB concerned. SMS and e-mail messages will be sent to all eligible candidates. Candidates should keep their mobile numbers and emails active till the end of document verification. RRBs will not entertain any request for change of mobile number and e-mail address at any stage.
Selection Process:- The recruitment process for the post(s) notified in this Centralized Employment Notification for the Post of SSE & JE is based on Single stage written examination followed by verification of original documents. Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of written examination.
Written Exam Scheme:- The standard of questions for the written examination will be generally in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the posts.
► The Questions will be of objective type with multiple choices and are likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and reasoning, General Science and Technical Ability.
► The question paper will have 150 questions, out of which about 90 questions will be ofTechnical Ability & General
Science and about 60 questions from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and reasoning. The Technical portion of about 90 questions shall cover basic concepts of Science and Engineering.

Candidates must bring their e-admit cards along with a valid Photo ID (viz. Voter card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by his employer in case the candidate is a Govt. employee, School/ College/ University Photo ID card etc.) in original into the examination hall, failing which candidates shall NOT be allowed to appear for the written examination.
