मामले की अगली सुनवाई 24 फरवरी को होगी। इसके अलावा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फिलहाल शिक्षामित्रों की नई नियुक्ति पर भी रोक लगा दी है। इससे पहले इलाहाबाद हाइकोर्ट ने बीते 12 सितंबर को शिक्षामित्रों की नियुक्ति को अवैध मानते हुए यूपी सरकार को उसे रद करने के आदेश दिए थे।

An important decision made by Allahabad High Court that it is unconstitutional to appoint 1.70 lacs Shiksha Mitra as Assistant Teacher. All three Judges declared wrong/ invalid the decision of state government.

The UP government is now saying that, they didn’t have resources for BTC course that time, that’s why they made this decision of Shiksha Mitra Samayojan. Now, state government issued a High Alert in whole state after court’s decision.

This is very shocking news for all 1.70 lacs Shiksha Mitra. Now, aspirants of Shiksha Mitra posts showing their anxiety, persecution through Hunger-strike, rally and meetings etc. As per the news, this decision of court become the reason of death and suicide of some candidates.

Base of Court Decision
► Shiksha Mitra were appointed on temporary and contract basis. So, it can’t be permanent.
► The selection of Shiksha Mitra is not proportion to any post.
► In various rural areas, the caste of Shiksha Mitra appointed is same as its Gram Pradhan.

UP Shiksha Mitra Counseling Schedule 2015

LATEST UPDATE dated 28.07.2015:- Supreme Court has continued its ban on Shiksha Mitra Samayojan but Good News is that Supreme Court handed case of making Shiksha Mitra Regular as Assistant Teacher to High Court, Allahabad. A Full bench for this case have to be made by High Court which will solve this case within 2 months.

Relief for those Shiksha Mitra who get Joining, Supreme Court has not given any order for those shiksha Mitra who got Joined as Assistant Teacher. It should be noted that 1, 38, 000 Shiksha Mitra will become Regular as Assistant Teacher.

Another Bad News for the Candidates who dream to become Assistant Teachers in Primary Schools. Supreme Court has now given big Shock for Shiksha Mitra Samayojan Process.Supreme Court has made TET Compulsory for Shiksha Mitra to become Assistant Teacher. Thus Supreme Court stayed the Samayojan Process of Shiksha mitra without TET. Basic Education Department is going to extend the date of Samayojan of Shiksha Mitra in Second Round. In the Second Round, it is planned for Adjustment of 91104 Shiksha Mitra upto 30 April, 2015. But Due to non advertisement in many Districts Last Date is extend upto31 May, 2015. It should be noted that in the First Round 58, 826 Shiksha Mitra were adjusted.

UP State Government has announced counseling Schedule for Samayojan (Adjustment) of 91000 Shiksha Mitra to the Post of Assistant Teacher. Counseling will be start from 15 April, 2015. Detailed Notification will issued on 13 April, 2015.

UP Basic Education Council will issue detailed Notification Regarding Adjustment of Shiksha Mitra to Assistant Teacher on 13 April, 2015. So that Candidates can take part in the counseling According to Schedule…..

Dates of Counseling : Counseling will be conducted between 15 April to 25 April, 2015. Other Process will also complete between this Time.

MERIT LIST PREPARATION:-

• Select List for Samayojan will be based on Date of Birth.
• Eligible Candidates list will be hand over to BSA by DIETs.
• Candidates whose Name are in that List will only called for Counseling.
• Elder Candidates will be given Preference for Joining/ Selection.
• In Case of Same Age, Deciding Factor will be Name according to Alphabet.
• BTC Training Passed Shiksha Mitra Candidates will select based on their Seniority.

Joining Letter :- Joining Letters will be issued to Selected Candidates on 30 April, 2015. All the Process will also complete up to 30.04.2015.
