High Court of Karnataka (Karnataka Judiciary) had invited applications for recruitment to 49 posts of District Judge. A competitive written exam will be conducted for District Judge post. Written Exam will be held in the month of August, 2016.

Candidates who applied for this Competitive Exam should download their E-admit Card or Hall Ticket to enter in prescribed Exam Centre of this written exam conducting by Karnataka High Court. No Admit Card or Hall Ticket will reach home of Candidates by post, it can only be download in upcoming dates before exam.
Scheme & Syllabus of District Judge Exam
The Competitive Written examination for recruitment of District Judges shall consist of
(1) Written examination of two Parts each of three hours duration with 150 maximum marks for each paper-one in Civil Law and another in Criminal Law.
(ii) It is compulsory for all candidates to answer at least one of the paper in English language and in so far as the other paper is concerned, it shall be optional for the candidates to answer the same either in English or in Kannada in which event the said paper shall be answered entirely in the language in which option is exercised.
