Recruitment Rally for Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh)
Indian Air Force offers opportunities for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS from all the Districts of State of Arunachal Pradesh to become airmen. The Recruitment Test for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades and Group ‘Y’ {except IAF(S) and Musician} Trades will be held at Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) from 26 September 2015 to 28 September 2015 as per the Selection Programme given below.
Selection Program: Recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onwards as per the details given below. Candidates (from all the Districts of State of Arunachal Pradesh) reporting up to 10 AM on 26 & 27 September 2015 at the Rally Venue will only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test.
Recruitment Test is not for selection as Commissioned Officers/Pilots/Navigators.

Age Limit :
(a) Candidates should be born between 01 February 1996 to 31 May 1999 (both days inclusive).

Pay Scale : During training, a stipend of Rs. 11,400/- per month will be paid. On completion of training the starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Grade Pay, Military Service Pay (MSP), Group ‘X’ Pay {applicable for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades only} and Dearness Allowance (DA) will be as follows:- (a) Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades. Rs. 24,900/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 43,940/- per month (approximately). (b) Group ‘Y’ {except IAF(S) & Musician} Trades. Rs. 20,500/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 38,720/- per month (approximately). Other allowances such as Transport allowance, Technical Allowance {applicable for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades only}, Composite personal maintenance allowance (CPMA), Leave Ration allowance (LRA), Family planning allowance, HRA etc. are also admissible to airmen.

(a) For Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades. (i) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (ii) Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate,
and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.

(b) For Group ‘Y’{except IAF(S) & Musician} Trades. (i) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (ii) Passed Two years Vocational Course affiliated/recognized by CBSE / State Education Boards / Councils duly recognized at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course
Recruitment Rally for Tambaram East, Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
Indian Air Force offers opportunities for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS {Married candidates above 22 years of age on the date of Enrolment in Indian Air Force are also eligible for Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) trade only} from all the Districts of State of Tamil Nadu and designated Districts of UT of Puducherry (Puducherry and Karaikal Districts only) to become airmen. The Recruitment Test for Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) Trade and Group ‘Y’ {For Automobile Technician, Ground Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)} Trades will be held at 8 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force Station Tambaram, Tambaram East, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) from 20 September 2015 to 24 September 2015 as per the Selection Programme given below.
