Engineering / technology	BE / BTech in chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, project / maintenance electronics or civil engineering.
R&D	PhD, MSc (organic chemistry), degree in engineering (textile, paint, oil)
Marketing	Degree in engineering or science, MBA / PGDBM
