Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) is inviting application from the eligible candidates to fill up 29 posts of Statistical Investigator, Statistical Assistant and Primary Investigator under various Government Department, Odisha.

Pay Scale :-

Statistical Investigator/ Assistant – Rs. 9,300/- plus GP Rs. 4,200/-
Primary Investigator – Rs. 5,200/- plus GP Rs. 2,000/-

Educational Qualifications :-

(i) Statistical Investigator under Directorate AH & VS-Honours Degree either in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Physics or B.Com. with 500% marks.

(ii) Statistical Assistant under AH &VS-Degree in Arts. Science or Commerce with Mathematic% or Statistics or Economics as one of the subjects. If there is no Mathematics in degree stage, he must have Mathematics in intermediate stage. B.Com with Mathematics at I.Com. stage B.Com with Statistics or Economics are eligible.

(iii) Statistical Assistant under OSSC — Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/ with subject either in Mathematics, Physics.Economics, Statistics, Computer Application or Degree in Commerce. Higher qualification with above subjects can also apply.

(iv) Statistical Assistant under Expert Promotion Marketing-Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with Mathematics or Statistics as one subject.

(v) Primary investigator under SCSTRTI- Bachelors Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce having Statistics, Economics, Applied Economics, Anthropology, Tribal Studies, Sociology and Social work as one of the subjects and Knowledge of Computer application.

(vi) Primary Investigator under Director of Textiles and Handloom +2 with Economics/Statistics.

The Candidate must have passed Odia equivalent to M.E standard.

Age Limit :- 21(18 for Primary Investigator Director of Textiles) to 32 years as on 01.01.2015.

Application Fee :- All SEBC & UR candidates other than SC, ST and PwD candidates have to pay application fee of Rs. 100/-. The fees can be deposited either through online or offline mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.
