1. Job Profile : Collection Agent

Job Description

• Candidate must possess a valid Vocational Diploma / Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
• Preferably with experience in outbound collections
• Has the ability to handle and empathize efficiently with irate customers
• Must possess analytical and problem solving abilities
• Must be computer literate
• Applicants must be wiling to be assigned to graveyard shift
• Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are also encouraged to apply

2. Job Profile : Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable

Job Description

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years experience handling the same function
• Knowledge of Collection, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounting Process and systems
• Knowledge of Fulfillment Center Systems and process is a plus but not required.

3. Job Profile : Payroll Manager

• Job Description
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in International Payroll such as North America, APAC
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
