West Bengal Board like Last Year conduct Exam for Class 10th (SSE) in February, 2017 while Class 12th (HSE) from March, 2017.  It is well known that Secondary Education exam (Xth) will conduct by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education & Higher Secondary Education (XIIth) will conduct by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education

► The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is the West Bengal state government administered autonomous examining authority for the Standard 10 examination (or secondary school level examination) of West Bengal, India. The examination for the 10th standard is called the Madhyamik Pariksha or secondary examination. The Madhyamik examination is conducted annually and simultaneously all over the state of West Bengal and also in affiliates of the board located outside West Bengal, elsewhere in India. More than 10,50,000 examinees take the exam each year.

► West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is the West Bengal state government administered autonomous examining authority for the Standard 12 examination (or Higher secondary level or Pre-university level examination) of West Bengal, India. The examination for the 12th standard is called the Uchyaa Madhyamik or Higher Secondary examination (Also known by its acronym H.S. or 10+2). The Higher Secondary examination is conducted annually and simultaneously all over the state of West Bengal and also in affiliates of the board located outside West Bengal, elsewhere in India.
