Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has recently announced 4391 Posts for Krishi Samanvyak (Agriculture Coordinator). Candidates who are ignorant about selection process & merit list preparation method, We are providing Selection Process & Merit List Preparation Method for Krishi Samanvayak.

Selection Process:- Selection Process is strictly based on Merit List prepared by Bihar Staff Selection Commission. Selection will be made on purely basis of merit list that would be analyze from Marks obtained in Graduation Standard, Work Experience in Agriculture Department, Bihar.

Agriculture is the backbone of Bihar’s economy 81% of workforce and generating nearly 42% of the State Domestic Product. The percentage of population employed in agriculture production system in Bihar is estimated to 81%, which s much higher than the national average. Nearly 42 per cent of GDP of the state (2004-05) has been from agriculture sector (including forestry and fishing). The state has attained self sufficiency in food grains production.

Merit List Preparation Process:- Merit List will be prepared based on the Marks of Academics by Candidates. Selection Process will be as follows:-

1. Maximum Marks will be awarded according to percentage scored in graduation – 70 marks.
Note- Percentage obtained by the candidates will be multiply by 0.7. For Example, if a candidates scored 80% marks in graduation, then it will be counted as 80 × 0.7 = 56 marks.

2. Minimum Marks according to Work Experience – 30 marks.
Experience of 01 to 02 years – 10 marks
Experience of 02 to 03 years – 20 marks
Experience of 03 or more years – 30 marks

►► The calculation of work experience of the candidates will be valid till last date of application i.e. 04.06.2015.

► Merit List based on Percentage Marks will be prepared & Objections will be asked from the Candidates.
► After Objection, Final Merit List will be Prepared & Candidates will be allotted District for Agriculture Coordinator.
