Important Notice for CET-2016 Applicants : You are advised to keep ready your  Permanent Resident Certificate, Marks Card of 10+2, Category Certificate (if applicable) for uploading in JPEG format only  along with your Photo, Signature and Thumb impression scanned/JPEG files with the  Online Application Form whose date of submission is being notified shortly.

About J & K BPEE CET: Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) Board Of Professional Entrance Examination Common Entrance Test is an entrance test to admission in various professional course conducted by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir. Courses are given below.

Age Limit:The candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before 31 st of December 201 5 for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS and Diploma in Dental hygiene courses.

Eligibility Criteria: The Applicant must be a permanent resident of J&K State and have passed higher secondary Part – II (12 th /10+2 class) or an equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board with at least English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as his/her subjects for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, Physiotherapy and Diploma in Dental hygiene or English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as his/her subjects for admission to Bachelor of Engineering Courses. And have obtained at 10+2 level not less than 50% marks in case of open merit candidate and not less than 40% marks , in case of Reserved Category candidates.

Application Fee : payment of Rs 1000/- as fee is to be made also online through the HDFC integrated Payment Gateway which can be used to make payment with any national Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or by downloading online generated Bank Challan of J&K Bank/HDFC Bank for depositing the fee amount in any branch of J&K Bank or HDFC Bank , directly in the BOPEE Account.

Admit Card: The candidates can download their Admit Cards from the official website of BOPEE indicating details about Venue and Time of the Entrance Examination for which a separate notification shall be issued in due course of time.

Date and Meetings: The Entrance Test shall be held in May, 2016. The Entrance Test shall have only two meetings each for PCB and PCM and three meetings for PCBM candidates.

How to Apply : Candidates may apply for the entrance test online The Application Forms have to be submitted online only through BOPEE websites www.jakbopee.org / www.jakbopee.net (through URL/ links provided for this purpose) from February, 2016 to March , 2016.The candidates of open merit need not to submit any Confirmation P age in the BOPEE office. However, the candidates claiming benefit of any reserved category (including Sports, TFW and P& B) have to submit Confirmation P age of their online Application Form (by hand or by post) along with the attested photo copy of the reserved category certificate in the office of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations,(BOPEE) Srinagar/Jammu on any working day from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
