Orissa Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) will conduct Written exam for recruitmentof posts of Junior Clerk and Junior Assistant under Different Directorates/H.O.D. offices and subordinate offices. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. Candidates facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare” to give their best in their exams. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of Jr. Clerk & Jr. Assistant Exam conducting by Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC).

Plan of Examination :(i) Preliminary Examination – 100 marks
(ii) Main Written Examination – 400 marks(iii) Basic Computer Skill Test – 50 marks

Preliminary Examination

Exam Pattern :- Exam Pattern for Junior Clerk & JAHO Pre Exam is as follows :

► The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
► There will be a composite paper of 100 marks.
► The time duration will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
► This test will be of qualifying nature.

Exam Syllabus :- Syllabus for Junior Clerk & Assistant Pre Exam is as follows :

Questions on Current events, History, Geography, General Science, Constitution of India, Human rights, Basic Computer Skill Test, English language/Odia language comprehension etc. as may be commonly expected from +2 qualified person and Arithmetic of High School standard will be set in the examination.

Main Written Examination

Exam Pattern :- Odisha SSC Junior Clerk & Assistant Mains Exam Pattern is given below :

► The written test will be of 400 marks.
► There will be five following papers :
