About DTE: The Government of Goa in 1986 created Directorate of Technical Education to Facilitate new Technical Education institutions and courses in the State of Goa.Facilitate Technician Education through Board of Technical Education, in the State of Goa. Facilitate centralized admission to technical and professional institutes to the students of the State of Goa. Prepare Budget, distribute funds for Technical Education, in the State.

Admit Card: Candidates who are applying for the GCET entrance test are waiting for there admit card. Eligible applicants may download there admit cards form 02/04/2016 to 29/04/2016 form the website of www.dtegoa.gov.in. Or candidates may download there admit cards form our website candidates keep in touch with the GCET website for more information regarding admit cards and other details.
Admit Cards Will Be Downloaded From 02 April, 2016
Merit List: The merit list shall be based on aggregate marks of GCET–2016 in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The candidates who have secured at least 50% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC, & 45% for PH in MBBS and BDS course) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology at GCET- 16 shall be considered for merit list for MBBS and BDS. There shall be no minimum marks for BHMS, AHS & Nursing. For Engineering courses The merit list shall be based on aggregate marks of GCET–2016 in the subjects of Physics and Mathematics. For Pharmacy Courses The merit list shall be based on aggregate marks scored at GCET-2016 in the subjects of Physics and Chemistry.
For bachelor of architecture The merit list shall be based on aggregate of marks obtained in NATA and the aggregate marks obtained at the qualifying examination (HSSC/Diploma) added in the ratio of 1:1 with 50% weight age each for NATA score aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Note: Use of electronic devices like mobile phone, calculator. is NOT PERMITTED in EXAM Materials like log table, book, notebook, should NOT be brought into the examination hall.
