Kerala LET Admit Card 2016

Kerala B.tech Lateral Entry Entrance Examination will be held on 28 May 2016. The E-Admit Card Will be Available from 20/05/2016 to  27/05/2016. All the candidates please Do not Forget Download Of E-Admit Card Because No Admit card will be send By Post.

Lateral Entry Scheme is intended to admit meritorious Diploma holders to the Second Year/Third Semester of the B.Tech courses to acquire a Degree in Engineering. Lateral Entry Scheme is approved by Government of Kerala as per G.O (Ms) No.156/2002 /H.Edn dated 13.11.2002 for 10% of the sanctioned seats in addition to total seats. In order to maintain uniformity among various schemes of Diploma holders, AICTE has suggested a state level Entrance Examination for the selection.

About KGTE:-Kerala Govt. Technical Examinations (KGTE) was introduced in the place of M.G.T.E subsequently came J.T.S.L.C Courses, P.V.T.C, Kerala Govt. Certificate Examinations (KGVE), Women’s Polytechnic Diploma Courses, Food crafts Technology Courses etc. Many new courses have also being started like Electronics, Diploma in Commercial Practice, Chemical Engineering, Instrument Technology etc. both at Diploma and Certificate level. The conducts of Examination for all these Technical Courses were being also entrusted to the Commissioner for Govt. Examinations on behalf of Technical Education Board as Authorized by the Government.

Syllabus:–The Entrance Test will be based on subjects of first year B.Tech course and  English  language which was Choose By the Candidates. For More Details Syllabi Please refer Prospects.

Exam Pattern:- The exam Fully Based on MCQ (Multiple Choice Question). For Every Right Answer will be provide 3 Marks & For Every Wrong Answer Will Be Deduct 1 mark.The  Time Duration will be Fixed 2 Hour i.e 120 Minutes.

Exam Date & Time:- The Entrance Exam Will be Held On 28 May 2016. The Exam time is 10.00 Am To 12.00 Noon.
