About NIMCET: National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are Institutes of National Importance and are Centrally Funded Technical Institutes. The NIMCET is NIT MCA Common Entrance Test, a National Level Test conducted by NITs for admission in to their MCA programme.

Entrance Exam Will Be Held On 29th May, 2016

Admit Card: Download the admit card between 16/05/2016 and 28/05/2016 at any time and write the NIMCET – 2016 test which is scheduled to be conducted on 29th May, 2016 (Sunday) between 10.00 A.M and 12.00 noon at various test centers. Candidates should be present in the examination hall of the test center before 9. 30 am on Exam Date.

Test Pattern: NIMCET – 2016 test will be conducted with only one question paper containing 120 multiple choice questions covering the following subjects . Multiple Choice Questions will be written in English Language only and will not be translated into any other language.

Mathematics	50 questions
Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning	40 questions
Computer Awareness	10 questions
General English	20 questions

Note : Use of electronic devices like mobile phone, calculator is NOT PERMITTED in EXAM Materials like log table, book, notebook should NOT be brought into the examination hall.
