 Post Name & Vacancies : Total 3523 Posts (On Contract Basis)

• Junior Engineer : 2650 Posts
• Assistant Engineer : 873 Posts

It should be Noted that Recruitment to these Post will be on contract basis. Recruitment to the Post of Junior Engineer & Assistant Engineer has done by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. But From Past Years, UPPSC has not completed any Recruitment process for Assistant Engineer & Junior Engineer.

Irrigation Department has said that Proposal has been sent to UPPSC. More than Half for Posts are Still Vacant for AE & JE.
