Latest News :- State Government of UP is now going to make the new year even more delightful by approved the recruitment for 16000 or more posts of Volunteers in the Homeguard Department.

There was a great problem from a long time of scarcity of volunteers in Homeguard Department. In view of this problem, a decision has taken that at first 16000 posts of Volunteer will be filled up by the Recruitment & Promotion Board. However, the lack of volunteer was said to Administration is far away more than that. The responsibility of this recruitment is given to the hand of Commandant of Board. Later Government has decided to make Recruitment for 16000 Home Guard Post.

Online Recruitment Process will start in May, 2016.

There are a total of 1,27,000 volunteers in the organization sanctioned, while the lack of 20,000 posts in it. On behalf oh these 20,000 vacant posts, this is the intimation of recruitment to 16,000 posts. According to the officer of the Homeguard Organization, the recruitment process of these posts will be commence from the month oh February, 2015. For which, direction has been given to Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. Advertisement Notification will be advertise soon by the Police Recruitment and Promotion Board.

It is well know that Recruitment Process of 41,610 constables was ended up on 14 December, 2014. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board will reveal soon the result of this recruitment on the basis of written test and Physical Test. Recruitment Process for Home Guard was to be started after Final Result of 41,610 constable Recruitment Process but it was postponed.

As per the information from sources, The advertisements will publish soon in the newspaper by the Recruitment board for this recruitment. There is a great need of Volunteers (Homeguard) in the UP Police Homeguard Department for establishment of Law, traffic and highway police and other works.
