1. Job Position : Customer Success Manager

Job description :

• Manage key accounts — maintain a long-term relationship with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them
• Answer ‘how to’ technical and application configuration questions
• Provide support to frontline customers on technical issues
• Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
• Partner with other business units, including the Engineering team, the Integration team, and Operations as required ensuring strong customer satisfaction

Experience:- 3 to 5 Years

2. Job Position :Accounts Officer (Chartered Accountant)

Job description :

• Handling Accounts and Finance
• Good exposure to SEZ and STPI norms and regulations
• Good knowledge of Direct/Indirect Taxation

Experience:-2 to 4 years

3. Job Position :Instructional Designer

Job description :

• Designing course curriculum for training sales reps on a sales engagement tool
• Conversant with E-learning platform
• Knowledge of LMS standards like SCORM and Tin Can is essential

4. Job Position : Senior PHP Developer

Job description :

• Good command of Core PHP5, MySQL5, MVC Architecture
• Experience in any Framework like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend or Symfony

Job description :

• Experience in web development and UI/UX Development in WordPress

• Strong exposure on Web Application Manual Testing (Interface and Back-end Testing)
• Technical Documentation like Help Documents and Manuals for Web Applications
• Knowledge of SQL Queries to run tests on DB-driven applications. Preferred knowledge of HTML, PHP, MySQL and SQL
• Good knowledge of testing mobile applications
