Orissa  Public Service Commission has invited 372 posts for the Medical Officer(Assistant Surgeon)in (Group – A) of Orissa Medical & Health Service Cadre Under health & Family welfare Department. Those candidates can submit their application form for this post can now download their admit Card. This Exam will be conducted under taken by the Orissa Public service commission(PSC). But now there is no clarification of Exam date related with posts.

Admit Card  will be provided on the  official site of Orissa Public Service Commission Shortly in which all the candidate who submission the exam form can also download their Admit Card. Admit Card is an important thing Candidates are required to download the admit cards from the website and follow the instructions given therein.  Candidate may please note that admit cards will not be sent by the post. A candidate who  does  not  possess  the  valid  Admit  Card  shall  not  be  admitted  to  the  Examination  Hall  under  any circumstances. But Now there is not confirm date of exam but OPSC declare the exam date soon. But now Admit Card is not available on the website of OPSC, but OPSC will provide Admit card on its website shortly.

Exam Pattern :- The selection of candidates for this posts of medical Officer will be made on Written Test & Career marking. The Written Exam shall be one paper carrying 200 Marks with duration of 3 hours.Total No. of Questions in written test is 200 which shall be multiple choice (MCQ)pattern.

(a) Career Marking will be 30 %(10% each for class 10th, 12th and M.B.B.S).

(b) Written Test + Career Marking (70 % + 30 %)

Note :- There is no negative marking for wrong Questions.
