Exam Syllabus :- Syllabus of Allahabad High Court PA written test is as follows :

General English : Nature of questions will be of elementary education type. Questions will be asked from antonyms, synonyms, grammar, idioms & phrases, Correction, Comprehension,  Sentence Error, fill in the blanks, Misspell word, One word Substitution, Active & Passive Voice, Preposition, Cloze Test etc.

General Studies : Nature of questions will be of elementary education type. Question will be asked from Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy etc. Focus will be on Current national & International events, banking, sports etc. Some questions from Finance & Marketing can be ask in the exam.

Computer Awareness/ Knowledge : Basic of Computers, Computer Organization, Generations of computer, Input & Output Device, Shortcuts & Basic knowledge MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, Memory Orientation, Internet, LAN, WAN, Modem, Computer Abbreviations, Modern day Technology. Remember short cut Tricks of MS Word, MS Excel & Computer Abbreviations.

Translation : Candidates have to do Translation of Passage in Shorthand to English which will be taken from Sir Issac Pitman’s Book.
