Gujarat Police Syllabus 2016

Gujarat Police had invited online applications for recruitment to 17532 posts of Constable and Warder. The recruitment will be processed on the selection process described below.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Female (ST of Gujarat)	150 cms	NA	40 KGs
Female (other than ST)	155 cms	NA	40 KGs

Note- Chest expansion must be at least 5 cm.

Written Test

Exam Pattern :- Scheme of Gujarat Police written exam is given below :

► The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
► There will be a composite paper.
► The question paper will carry 100 questions of total 100 marks.
► The duration of test will be 01:00 hour (60 minutes).
► There will also be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
► The medium of test will be Gujarati only.

Exam Syllabus :- Gujarat Police Exam Syllabus will be as follows :

General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Computer Knowledge, Psychology, History, Geography, Social Studies, Mental Ability, Science and Indian Constitution, Criminal Procedure Code(CPC)-1973, Indian Penal Code(IPC)-1860 and Providence Act-1872.

22.30 or less than 23 minutes	16 marks
23 or less than23.30 minutes	14 marks
23.30 or less than 24 minutes	12 marks
24 or less than 25 minutes	10 marks
more than 25 minutes	Disqualified

Female candidates :

less than 07 minutes	25 marks
07 or less than 07.30 minutes	23 marks
07.30 or less than 08 minutes	21 marks
