All India Written exam for Recruitment of Stenographer was conducted on 31 July, 2016. Staff Selection Commission hold this Exam for Grade C & D Posts. May Candidates all over India took part in the Stenographer Exam 2016.
Note: Staff Selection Commission does not declared any Cut Off marks list/ merit list for SSC Stenographer Group C & D Exam. We are providing here expected cut off marks for Stenographer exam 2016. Candidates can check the cut off marks for Written Exam necessary to appear in Skill Test/ Shorthand Test.
The Staff Selection Commission conducted a Written Examination for Recruitment of Stenographer under Grade C & D on 31 July, 2016 at different centers across the country. Expected Cut Off Marks For Group ‘C’ & Group ‘D’ candidate is discussed here.

How is a Cut Off determined ??
- No. of Vacancy : The primary Factor for Deciding cut off is No. of Vacancies. If there is large vacancies, then cut off Marks will be low.
- Exam Paper Toughness : It is another Factor which decide cut off. If Question Paper was set with Tough Questions, then cut off will be low.
- Candidates appearing in Steno Exam : If the Difference between No. of Vacancies & Candidates appeared in Huge, then cut off will ne high.
Note:- Candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks to appear in Skill Test of this exam. Skill Test Schedule will be Notified on SSC website after Declaration of Result.
