Applications are invited from Indian citizen for appointment to post of the Pharmacist Health Department in the State of Uttarakhand under the control of Health Department. These vacancies are on contract basis. And the validity for these Pharmacist Post will be 11 Months. For detail of the posts, category-wise, please refer the advertisement.
Detail of Vacancies : Pharmacist :- 600 posts
Age Limit : Age limit will be Calculated as on 01 July 2016.
- SC/ST/- 18 Years to 47 Years
- OBC – 18 Years to 45 Years
Pay Scale : 12000 Rupees Per Month
Educational Qualification :
(i) Candidate should have Pharmacy Diploma in form a recognized University or Institution.
(ii) Candidate should be Registered as Pharmacist with Uttarakhand Pharmacy Council.
Application Fee :
- General/OBC :- 1000/- Rupees Only.
- SC/ST :- 500/- Rupees Only.
- HP :- 125 Rupees Only.
How to Apply : The application, complete in all respect must reach to Director General of Medical, Health & Family Welfare, Village Danda Lakhond, P.O. Gujrarat, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun-248001 Candidates have to submit two 10×23 Envelop with 30 rupees Ticket. Candidate should write “Application for contract Basis Pharmacist Post(with passing year and division).” Candidates can send their application registered Post or Speed post.No other Mode of the application is allowed. Candidate are allowed to read all the induction in the advertisement before submitting the Application.
