About RRB’s:- Railway Recruitment Control Board {रेलवे भर्ती नियंत्रण बोर्ड} is a government organization in India. It was set up in 1998 in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), New Delhi. Railway Recruitment Board is an organization of Government of India, which works for the appointment of new employees to work in Indian railways. Although, Railway Recruitment boards have several boards. work for appoint new employees and they are situated in different parts of India.
RRB Mumbai:- Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Mumbai functions under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. It is primarily responsible for recruiting the group ‘C’ staff. Railway Recruitment Board, Mumbai, is carrying out recruitment for Mumbai Division & HQ of Western Railway, and Mumbai, Nagpur, Solapur, Pune, Bhusawal Division. Also HQ of Central Railway, Nanded Division of South Central Railway and Nagpur Division of South East Central Railway. Although, Earlier RRB Mumbai (Railway Service Commission). hence, It locate at Churchgate. In February 1986 it was shift to Mumbai Central. Although, The RRB building at Mumbai Central has been rebuilt in October 2000.
