BPSC 60th-62nd Pre Exam Syllabus 2016

Bihar Public Service Commission is going to organize a 60th-62nd Civil Services Exam for the posts of Bihar Administrative Service, Bihar Financial Service, Rural Development Officer, Revenue officer and various other. As per the official Notification There are total 642 posts. Bihar PSC  will issue the Admit Card and date of examination very soon. Selection Process of Bihar PSC 60th-62nd CC Exam :-

1. Preliminary Exam (Qualifying Marks) :- 150 Marks
2. Mains Written Exam :- 900 Marks
3. Personal Interview :- 150 Marks

Preliminary Written Exam

Exam Pattern :- Exam pattern of Bihar PSC Civil Services Pre Exam is as follows………..

1. There will be a written exam based on Multiple Choice objective type pattern.
2. There will be a single Paper of General Study consist 150 Marks.
3. The Question paper is bilingual.
4. The Time duration of written exam is 2 hrs.(120 min.)

Note. :- Preliminary Exam is only qualifying in nature. Those candidates who qualified the pre exam are shortlisted for the mains exam. Calculator is prohibited in the pre exam.

Exam Syllabus :- There will be only a question paper consist following subjects as follows………..

1. General Study :- Important Current Affairs National and International, History Of India, Main Qualities of History of Bihar.

2. General Geography :- General Introduction of Bihar, Main rivers, area, topography and structure, physical and geographic areas and climate,polity and Economy condition of India, Changing in Economy after Independence of Bihar, National Movement and participate of Bihar.

3. General Mental Ability :- General Information about Science, History related, Important events of Bihar, Geography of India and Bihar, National Movement , Freedom struggle and other various related things.

Main Written Examination

Exam Pattern :- The Mains Examination shall comprise of five papers in which Paper-I is only Qualifying nature.Exam Pattern is as follows……

1. The written test will be descriptive type.
2. Each optional Paper consist 2question papers carried 200 Marks each.
3. Time duration for each question paper is 3 hrs. (180 min.)
4. Question Paper is bilingual.

Note :- Question Paper of General Hindi is in Qualifying Nature. Marks obtained in General Hindi is not be included in other Questions paper. But those candidate who can not get 30% Marks in General Hindi is not eligible to participate in other papers. Candidate can choose two optional subject but candidate can choose only one Language and literate. Candidate can use calculator in the Mains written exam.

• Candidate who qualified the Mains Written Exam will have to face Personal Interview. Personal Interview will be of 150 Marks.
