Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission had revealed the online application for 513 PGT Teacher vacancies in Dec 2016. Recently JSSC has conducted the written exam on February 19, 2017. Several students appeared in the exam at the examination centers. As per the notification , there were two Written exams Preliminary and Main Exam.Both were based on the Multiple Type Objective Questions. The Language medium of both exam was English and Hindi. Detail is providing below:-
Pre exam :- Pre Exam was consisted 150 Questions Each Question was carried max 3 marks.So the Aggregate marks was 450. Time Duration was 02 hours. There was negative marking of 1 mark at every wrong answer.
Main exam :- Main Exam was consisted 100 Multiple Type Objective Questions (Part –i). There was allotment of 1 Mark at every right answer and 1/3 mean 0.333 negative mark at every wrong answer. Time duration was maximum 03 hours.The Main exam had also 150 Extra Multiple Type Objective Questions of Applicant’s specialization subject (Part-ii). Specialization subject questions had maximum marks of 2 for every right answer and 2/3 negative marks for every wrong answer.
Answer Key :- As we know that there is no update about written exam answer key. So all the candidates should have some patience and must wait for its announcement. Selection Process :- The selection process will comprise following benchmarks:
- Candidates will be pass in Pre Exam according to Merit List . There is no minimum qualifying marks in Pre Exam.
- The candidates need to attain minimum 33% marks of aggregate Total in Main exam Part-i .
- The Evaluating of Part-ii answer sheet will not be considered of those candidates who do not obtain minimum 33% in Part-I of main exam.
- The General candidates need to obtain minimum 50% marks and SC/ST candidates need to obtain 45% marks of grand total in part-ii of main exam.
- Final Merit list would be prepare on the basis of aggregate marks of Part-I and Part-ii of main exam.
Objection Form :- When Answer key will be released. A objection form will also display on the JSSC Official website. Those candidates who who have any Objection, Doubt can raise objection against Answer Key. The candidate need to fill the objection form online. It should be submitted within 7 days of releasing.
