About APGENCO :- APSEB came into existence in 1959. APSEB started functioning with the objectives of maintaining the Power Sector efficiently and economically simultaneously ensuring demand meet the supply. During the Last Decade inadequate capacity addition and low system frequency operation of less than 48.5 Hz for more than half a decade considerably reduce the Power Supply Reliability. The APGENCO was incorporated as a company under the Provisions of Company Act, on 29/21/98.

Details Of Vacancies :- There are total 94 vacancies of Trainee Assistant Engineer. All the candidates who have done Graduation in Engineering with the Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Civil stream can apply for these vacancies.

Age Limit :- The Age Limit shall not be more than 42 years as on 01/03/2017. Upper age limit will be relaxed up to 5 Years for SC/ST/BC candidates and 10 Years in respect of Physically challenged candidates.

Pay Scale :- The pay Scale will be considered Rs. 41155-1700-44555-1985-54480-2280-63600 for the selected candidates.

Educational Qualification :-  The Educational Qualification can be understand by following criteria : –

• For Electrical AE :-  The Candidates must possess B.E. / B.Tech / A.M.I.E, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Equivalent Qualification from any recognized University in India as on 01/03/2017 as on regular basis.
• For Mechanical AE :-  The Candidates must possess B.E. / B.Tech. / A.M.I.E., Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification from any recognized university in India as on 01/03/2017 under regular basis.
• For Electronics AE :-  The Candidates must Possess B.E. / B.Tech / A.M.I.E, in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation & Controls Engineering / Electronics & Control Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Instrumentation & Power / Power electronics / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Science & Information Technology or equivalent qualification from any recognized University in India as on 01/03/2017 under regular basis.
• For Civil AE :- The Candidates must possess B.E. / B.Tech. / A.M.I.E., Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from any recognized university in India as on 01/03/2017 under regular basis.

Application Fee :-  The APGENCO department will consider those Applicants who would have submitted the Application Fee. Otherwise his / her candidature will not be considered. The Application fee will be as follows :-

• For OC candidates :- These candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs- 500/- (Rs. 350/- for examination and Rs.150 for application registration fee) .
• For Physically Challenged :- These candidates will have to pay only Rs. 150/- for application registration fee.
• Candidates belonging to Other states :- These candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs- 500/- (Rs. 350/- for examination and Rs.150 for application registration fee) .
