About Haryana Polytechnic DET :- At present there are 187 Institutions (28 Govt. + 4 Govt. Aided + 155 Self Financing) in the Haryana State which have been approved by AICTE and affiliated to HSBT. These Polytechnics are offering Diploma Courses in various disciplines of Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Business Management, Finance Accounting & Auditing, Hotel Management, Library & Information Science, Office management & Computer Applications, Pharmacy, Para Medicals etc.
Eligibility Criteria :- The diploma In Engg. is of Three Years Duration for genuine candidates and of Two Years for Lateral entry candidates. It is Semester based Course. To enroll yourself in various courses under Haryana DET Polytechnic Entrance Exam, the candidates need to attain following Educational criteria :-

- The candidates need to Apply Online. Candidates can Apply Online Through the link Given below. For HGST, KM, MAR, SDB & TFW Categories , after Submission of Online Application form candidates are required to visit the selected Designated Center and get His / Her Online Filled Application Form Verified & Confirmed by the designated center as Inter-se Merit / rank of the Only the Verified & Confirmed Application forms will be Prepared.
For Lateral entry :-
- The candidates need to Apply Online.Candidates. Candidates can Apply Online Through the link Given below. Applying for HGST, KM, MAR, SDB & TFW Categories in Diploma Engg. Lateral entry must deposit by Hand / post the Printout of Online Filled Application Form along with relevant Documents and Proof of Deposit of Entrance Test Fee at HSTES, Panchkula by due Date.
Application Fee :- The Application fee for both Entries will be as follows :-
- For General Category : Rs. 500/-(Non-Refundable)
- For All Reserved Category : Rs. 200/-(Non-Refundable)
Counseling Fee :- The Counseling Fee as Follows :-
- For All Category : Rs. 500/-(Non-Refundable)
Note :- Candidates can Pay Through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking or by Submitting Challan form in any branch of Designated Bank.
