CRPF SI Overseer Syllabus 2017

Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) had invited applications for the posts of SI(Overseer), ASI/Draughtsman & CT/Pioneer (Mason/Plumber/Electrician/Carpenter/Painter). Selection process of these posts is described hereunder.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

SI/Overseer & ASI/Draughtsman

Candidates hailing from the North-Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura and candidates hailing from Gorkha Territorial Administration(GTA) comprising of the three Sub-divisions of Darjeeling District namely Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Kurseong and includes the following “Mouzas” Sub-Division of these Districts:- (1) Lohagarh Tea garden (2) Lohagarh Forest(3) Rangmohan (4) Barachenga (5) Panighata (6) Chota Adalpur (7) Paharu (8) Sukna Forest (9) Sukna Part-I (10) Pantapati Forest-I (11) Mahanadi Forest (12) Champasari Forest (13) Salbari Chatpart-II (14) Sitong Forest (15) Sivoke Hill Forest (16) Sivoke Forest (17) Chhota Chenga (18) Nipania	162.5 CMs	77-82 CMs

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

SI/Overseer & CT/Pioneer – Those candidates who qualify the height bar will be subjected to 1.6 (1mile) race in 9 minutes.

ASI/Draughtsman – Candidates who qualify in the height bar will be allowed to participate in other PET event as mentioned below :-

(i) 1.6 Kms race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
(ii) 100 Mtrs. race in 16 seconds
(iii) Long jump: 3.65 Mtrs. in 3 chances
(iv) High Jump: 1.2 Mtrs. in 3 chances
(v) Shot-put (16 Lbs): 4.5 Mtrs. in 3 chances.

Each and every event is compulsory. Candidates declared disqualified at any stage will be eliminated from recruitment process and will be given rejection slip intimating reasons for rejection.

Written Test

• The written examination will be conducted on OMR basis systems.
• The questions will be set both in Hindi and English. Accordingly, the paper can be answered in any one of these languages.
• Questions in Part-I & II are to be answered using a blue/black ball pen.
• The duration of the Written Test will be 02:00 hours (120 minutes).
