Preliminary Examination

Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for the APO Pre written Exam is as Follows:-

► The Preliminary written test will be multiple choice objective type.
► There will be a composite paper carrying 150 marks.
► The time duration for written test will be 02:00 hours (120 minutes).

It will Include day to day happenings around India and the World with special reference to :-

It will cover the following Acts and Law with No. of question indicated as under:-

1. Indian Penal Code …………………………..35 questions

2. Indian Evidence Act. …………………………..25 questions

3. Criminal Procedure Code …………………………..25 questions

4. U.P. Police Act. And Regulations under this Act. …………………………..15 questions

Mains Written Examination

Exam Pattern :- Exam pattern of Assistant Prosecution Officer Main exam is given below :-

► Main written exam will be subjective type.
► There will be 4 papers.
► There will also be an Interview of 50 marks.
