Latest Updates :- UPSC has been recently issued a notice on its website, The last dates for submission of applications in respect of the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner online applications have been extended up to 20th July, 2015 (23:59 hrs).
Candidates are requested to apply only Online against this advertisement on the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) website http://www.upsconline.nic.in and NOT write to the Commission for Application forms. They are also requested to go through carefully the details of posts and instructions displayed on Commission’s Websites.
Detail of Vacancies : Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner :- 170 posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for SCs STs as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 38 years for other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Govt. Servant/EPFO employees up to five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. For age concession applicable to some other categories of applicants, please see relevant paras of the ‘Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection”.
Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15,600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs.5400/- Total emoluments excluding TA HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs.43470/-.
Educational Qualification : Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is availableto OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
