Age Limit : 30 years as on 31.7.2015 (Minimum 18 years) (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for Persons with Disability (PWD) and as per Govt. of India Directives for Ex-Servicemen.
Emoluments : Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.9000-16400 (W-3 Grade)at the basic pay of Rs.9000/- with six months probation in W-3 Grade . In addition to pay and Industrial DA, the posts carry the benefits of EPF, Gratuity EPS, LTC, LTE, Leave Encashment, Medical facilities, Contributory Superannuation Pension Scheme, Production Incentive, coverage under Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme and other Perks/Allowances etc. as per rules of the Company. :
