He had held Directorship of ICICI Bank Ltd. from May 6, 1997 to October 31, 2003. During that tenure, he also held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Seshasayee has also been member of various Committees of the Society of Indian Automobile Industries. Mr. Seshasayee is Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

1. Job Position : Relationship Managers Business Banking-Corporate and Commercial Banking Group 5 posts

Job Description :The responsibilities would include business sourcing and development, maintaining customer relationship, cross-selling Bank’s other products, and acting as a single interface to external customers for query and complaint resolution. The candidate should have exposure to credit appraisal processes and technical expertise in selling Bank€™s credit products.
Experience: 3-5 year
Qualification: MBA(Finance /Marketing)

2. Job Position: Relationship Managers Financial Institution and Public Sector-Corporate and Commercial Banking Group 05 post

Job Description :The incumbent will cater to the Banking requirements of large PSU bodies & Government undertakings. They will be responsible for account acquisition and retention, prospecting and exploring new business relationships, cross selling Bank’s products as Fixed Deposit, Current Account and be responsible for expanding overall business volumes within their assigned geographic area.
Experience:  5-6 year
Qualification: MBA(Finance /Marketing)

3. Job Position: Associate Credit Administration Manager Credit Administration-Risk Management 05 post

Job Description :The responsibilities also include constant monitoring of the loan portfolios by conducting Pre-sanction and Post-sanction checks.
Experience:  3-5 Year
Qualification – Graduation in any stream

4. Job Position: Associate Manager Trade Operations-Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations 05 post

Job Description :The incumbent has to ensure highest standards of customer service of all the specialized banking operational processes as per policies laid down by the Bank from time to time.
Experience:  1-4 year
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/ Finance

5. Job Position: Associate Manager Operations-Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations  05 post

Job Description :The incumbent would ensure delivery of quality & efficient operational services within the overall systems, policies & processes of the Bank through its service portal.

6. Job Position: Manager Customer Service and Operations-Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations 05 post

Job Description :The responsibilities require managing & supervising branch operations with the objective of delivering timely, efficient & productive Banking operational services. The responsibilities also extend to areas as people management and branch administration.
Experience: 5-8 year

7. Job Position: Relationship Manager – Emerging Corporate-Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations 05 post

Job Description :The incumbent would be responsible for managing current account portfolios of the branch. The key responsibilities would be to source high end business accounts, generate Trade & Forex based fee income and in the process drive incremental revenues.
Experience:  3-5 year

8. Job Position: Relationship Manager Trade and Forex -Corporate and Commercial Banking Group 05 post

 Job Description :The candidates would handle trade products of BG, LC and other Non Fund Based limits. They would be responsible for acquisition of Forex clients for remittances, forward / derivative contracts and identify cross – sell opportunities for products as working capital / term loan limits.

9. Job Position: Credit Analyst Senior Credit Analyst-Risk Management 05 post

Job Description :The responsibilities include credit appraisal of lending proposals to SME/Large Corporates, risk assessment and rating and making recommendations to approving committees.

10. Job Position: Branch Managers -Consumer Banking and General Banking Operations 05 post

Job Description :The incumbent would be responsible for handling all the business activities of the Branch. He/She should possess strong leadership skills, service orientation, target oriented approach, result orientation and a strong focus on achieving deadlines. The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Banking products (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments) and also have an in – depth exposure to Banking Operational Processes.

Job Description :The incumbent would be responsible for individually acquiring and nurturing customer relationships of the bank by leveraging its wealth products. The incumbent needs to have good knowledge of Consumer Banking products, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds, etc.
