UPSC Geo- Scientist And Geologist Exam Pattern 2016

Union Public Service Commission organizes an exam for  Geo- Scientist And Geologist Post. UPSC will organized Exam for Geo- Scientist and Geologist on 13 May, 2016. Information about Exam pattern and Exam syllabus is given here-

For Geologists & Geo- Scientist:-

Paper-I	General English	100 Marks	3 Hours
Paper-II	Geology Paper-I	200 Marks	3 Hours
Paper-III	Geology Paper-II	200 Marks	3 Hours
Paper-IV	Geology Paper-III	200 Marks	3 Hours
Paper-V	Hydrogeology	200 Marks	3 Hours

Candidates who qualifies the written exam will be called for Interview for Personality Test.Interview will be of 200 Marks.

Exam Syllabus:-

General English: It will be test of English comprehension. Other questions will be designed to test their under standing of English and workman like words.Candidates will be required to write an essay in English. Passages will usually be set for  summary or Precise.
