Physical Standard Test (PST)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The Physical Efficiency Test PST will be of qualifying nature. If candidate fails in any of following item shall be consider disqualified :

Exam Pattern :- Scheme of Uttarakhand Police SI written exam is given below :
► The written test of 300 marks will be multiple choice objective type.
► 1/4 marks shall be deducted for every wrong answer.

Exam Syllabus :- Uttarakhand Police SI Syllabus will be as follows :
General Hindi : Transformation of sentences, Transformation of words, Sandhi, Samasa, Antonyms and Synonyms, Correction of common errors in words, Idioms and Phrases, Taddhita and Krudanta, Punctuation marks, Composition, Comprehension of an unseen passage.
General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability : Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgement, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.
General Awareness : Questions will be asked from Indian History, Current Events, Indian Polity, Banking, General Science, General Knowledge.
Numerical Ability : Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Problems on Ages, Speed & Distance, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages , Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie, Chart.
