Education Qualification:

Senior System Analyst	Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department Or Master Degree In statistics/ Mathematics/ operations research/ physics or economics/ commerce or degree in engineering/ Computer science or a recognized university or equivalent.
Network Administrator	Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department Or master degree in statistics/ mathematics operations/ research/ physics  or economics commerce or degree in engineering/ computer science of a recognized university.
Programmer	Bachelor of engineering or bachelor of technology in computer engineering or computer science or computer technology or master degree in computer application or computer science or master of technology with specialization in computer application from a recognized university.
Data Entry Operator	Officers of the central government or state government or public sector undertakings or autonomous government institutions holding analogous Posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department and possessing O Or A Level certificate For information technology from an institute recognized by the government.
