Allahabad High Court has Stopped the issuance of Joining Letter of 15000 Assistant Teachers. Candidates have to wait for Joining. Check Full News from the image given below…

UP 15000 Assistant Teacher Recruitment Process is once Again under curtains. This time due to High Court Order for joining. High Court has ordered department to not issue Joining Letter for Selected Candidates. If joining Letters has to be issued then Joining will not provided. It should be noted that Joining Letters have to be issued from 28 June, 2016. Candidates have to wait for Court order regarding joining letter. High Court has asked for reply from State Government & other Opposite people with in one month.

Reason for Not issuance of Joining Letter : Writ filed against Joining stated that Applications are invited for 15000 Assistant Teacher Posts in December, 2014. Diploma in Education (Special Education) Candidates were not eligible for this recruitment. Although this course was conducted by Rehabilitation Council of India. But their Application was not accepted. After that Education Department has accepted Online Application but in Counseling their Certificate was rejected.

Regarding this Allahabad high Court has stated that If Candidates possessed valid Certificate/ Degree, then there is no valid reason to stop them from Counseling. On this basis, High Court has stopped issuance of Joining Letters.
